In the final days of our last Momentom Collective Artist Residency in Nicaragua, I sat down with Tony Tobias to recap the season: 4 International Residencies and 2 Festival Theme Camps and Mainstage Performances across 4 countries, over 200 Residents with over 1000 workshops held...Definitely a season for the books!

I have SO MUCH LOVE to all the people, artists, teachers and healers that continue to get called to our project and community, for everyone's continuous support in this cocreation and support in each other's pe...

How do YOU define true freedom?

What role does vulnerability play with creating art and liberation?

...How does dramatic music effect the believability of a concept? 😋✌️

I was asked to join the Freedom Culture Podcast at the SuperHero Academy Camp in the jungles of Envision Festival in Costa Rica. A beautiful conversation with Julian Guderley ensued that you can watch the dramatic power cut above or the full video podcast below:

In personal news, this last week I've finally made it back home to Canada after 10 months abroad...

"Loathe the coast caress
late light for the shedding

the sun's constant state of setting"

-from 'Blue Violets'

I've just launched my new second music video! My track 'Blue Violets' is a beat poetry piece I wrote and recorded with Earl Pereira of The Steadies a few summers back. It was so fun to put some psychedelic visuals to it with the help of our in-house Momentom Collective videographer Tony Tobias as we walked, danced and ripped a Tuk Tuk through San Marcos on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala!

On paper, it's perfect.

In photos, it's surreal

From word of mouth, can this exist?

The concepts always sound too good to be true.

...and no. These communities don't just pop up ma...

It was my 4th year bringing a funky bunch bus of festival freaks down from Nicaragua to Envision Festival in Costa Rica...and you can say we're getting good at it ;)

From setting up our annual Momentom Collective Circus Camp and performing nightly on the world's wildest jungle stage to flying high with the infamous acro-kiwi Whakapainga and getting ultra conscious with J.P Sears, here's a photo journal of the week long experience.*

See above for J.P's top super-woke tips for how to crush it at a conscious fes...

Envision Festival in Costa Rica is not your typical gathering of people in the jungle. Beyond the party and musical production, Envision takes a focus on sustainability, yoga, permaculture, art and open discussions as a global community ready to thrive - like the jungle - as a collective.

Being a part of the Montreal/Nicaragua based circus arts crew, Momentom Collective, we setup camp in the jungle for another year of growth, learning and laughs. Here is a photo journal of some of the experien...
